Beautiful morning dew (taken in July 2010)

Salmon with garlic, butter and aoli sauce

Heated the butter and garlic until the garlic browned
Pan fried the salmon
Mixed mayonnaise, lime zest and lime juice to make the aoli sauce
Voila!
Delicious!
